Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns or exchanges are a right for all our customers and apply to all products offered in our store.
• All products in our store are subject to exchange and refund policies according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is packaged in its original packaging.
• Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
• Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
• You must take photos of the product and send them along with the city, address, and order number so that it can be replaced in case the product is damaged, defective, or not used according to the agreement.
• A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from what was shown on our website.
• We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding product use if such expectations were not mentioned on the product page.
• A deduction of 30% or at least 25 MAD will be applied if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or issue with it.
