When will my order arrive?
It depends on the shipping company and the delivery agent. We work with a network of shipping partners in major cities. Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 days after confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with deliver only within the country and to certain cities listed on the delivery page.
You can request international delivery by contacting our store team via WhatsApp and providing product weight details. They will inform you about international shipping rates through external carriers not currently integrated into our system.
What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Please review our return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In case of a defective product, and once the return is approved, the shipping cost will be calculated and refunded to the customer. However, the product value may not be refunded according to the return policy.
I want to order in large quantities. Is there a discount?
We offer delivery services for bulk orders, and discounts ranging from 10% to 20% are available on selected products.
